I dont know what good I have to write about this company. They called me on march 08 2019 for a session and wanted me to come with my family and they offered me a subscription for 25 years for their white package at price of Rs390000 - 5% discount with lot of glittering schemes, i asked them that I will think over it and discuss it with my father and let u know in 2 days but this associate Ayush (phone) 7275269997 and his mAnasultanger Amit Shrivastav (9473995001) forced me to make decision on table. I was half heartedly listen to them and made a transaction Rs136600 to them, I came back to my place and thought again on whatever happened at meeting with sterling members.. I did not felt good about the event and called the associates of sterling who sold me a package and asked for refund but they tried a lot to convince me to stick with them and wanted to offer extra discounts but since I have made up my mind that I do not require it as my cousine is holding purple membership and offered me a co ownership in his package. So a new subscription was just waste of money for me. I stood at my stand and sent an email to feedback@sterlingholidays.com on march 10 2019 for refund and received a reply by 12th that they will look into this matter and solve it in next 5 days. Since then I am on phone with these sterling people and they says that one who is looking to this case will get back to you by the end of the day but nobody calls till day ends. Its frustraiting that somebody is keeping your money and you did not received anything on what you paid. Now I do not beleive on their brand value.. This was a pathetic mistake which I made in recent days n now I have only one step to follow.. I may need to file a compalaint to consumer court, apart from it I do not see anything happening. Advise to all: do not fall into theit trap.. This is a part of Thomas Cook now but still they commit fake promices like, if you are a member of sterling then we can surely get you a Visa for USA. All bullshit, in order to make sales they can offer you anything in air which does not have any legality on papers. Beware...of sterling holidays.
