Lots of improvements are needed. Frustrating. Review on State Bank Anywhere

I am completely disappointed with this app again. It is lacking with so many features. I don't understand how come a nationalize bank like SBI could develop so poor even worst app. I think they don't have any quality testing team before launching this particular app. For an example couple of months back I was gone crazy by searching and searching the option called mvisa in this app. But even after a strong search I was unable to find the same. Then someone I came to know that the mvisa is now known as Bharat QR facility. What is this? At least they should give a flash message after logging into the app saying that from now mvisa is known as Bharat QR facility. Then another ridiculous point is I can't see any reason to register the app in smartphone for the first time when I am frequent and existing user of their https://onlinesbi.com. There were also for couple of times it shows, "We are unable to process your request due to network delays and regret the inconvenience. please try after sometime." Now tell me friend is this the service for which SBI claims to be in top 50 banks across the world. Whole heartedly I request SBI to work on this app to make it better.
