Worst never recommend. Review on Staples, Bangalore

I happened to purchase a printer from here which seems to be a seconds one....it has lot of scratches...the sealed ink catridges lasted just 5 prints wow...pretty reasonable eh!! and the sales people specially at the dell outlet are worst than an uneducated person who dont know courtesy...

I will never recommend anyone to purchase any product from staples!! The sales person says that they sell only display products and no boxed products....no wonder it seems to be a seconds outlet, where you can get all used products at a much higher price.

This store should be renames as seconds outlet and not staples outlet. These guys are claiming to sell products as less than market price. Go to ezone, croma you would get the same product at a much cheaper price than whats mentioned at staples.

The store manager at Koramangala outlet is a smart fellow who knows to fool people. He told me over the phone to come the next day and he would get the printer changed and once I reached there claimed that he never attended any such calls. All in all I would never ever recommend anyone to visit such crappy place where you would only get fooled.
