As a member of STANCHART for several years now, I can say that my best experiences with any credit company has been with SCB. My work hours and lifestyle only allows me to call in the early hours of the morning and I always have found customer reps that are courteous, knowledgable, and expedite service. The best feature for me is the ability to pay “MINIMUM PAYMENT DUE”, The fees are high yes, There are several other cards, such as the classic, gold Cards that allows up to two additional cards for a slightly higher fee. I would definetly recommend this card to anyone who wants a card that is very versatile.
Overall a good credit card but there is always a room for improvisation in areas like :
a)credit limit
b)more ''bill''drop boxes allover..!!
c)reminders from bank regarding cut off date for payments.
d)no late fee.
e)waiving off annual fee!!
