Do not use Standard chartered credit card service. They do not have any offers and their customer care is pathetic. They have lot of hidden charges and make customer pay for it. This bank has got very bad mark in the industry. The consumer court has fined this bank on many occasions. There are number of cases running agianst this bank which regularly show up in economic times.
Try to avoid the credit card service if you do not want to suffer once taking the card. There are many other credit cards in the market which gives better service and better offers. Many of my friends have suffered on taking this card. The major problem with Standard chartered is that the service is very poor. The customer care officers are rude, they keep you on hold without informing you. Moreover their online banking is not user friendly. You can check it out on your own. If you enjoy inviting troubles and tension in your life go for Standard Chartered.
I HIGHLY SUGGEST DO NOT GOT FOR THE CREDIT CARD SERVICE OF THIS BANK. IT'S THE MOST PATHETIC CARD THAT YOU SEE IN THIS ENTIRE WORLD.
