I bought a honda amaze in 2014 from this showroom.
The looks and service addressal of the showroom is not that great infact the staff is so untrained they don't even know how to describe the car value infornt of the buyer. But due to good impression of the upcoming amaze model I was determined to buy it from them in majectic blue color.
Now here is how they cheat! They will offer you cars from older lots first and if you are not wise enuf to check you will get an older version of car. lets take an example to tell you that you bought in april 2016 they will try to give u car maufactured in nov 2015 which will be thus called a 2015 model in resale markets despite the fact you have bought it in 2016
secondly always check the tyre offered by the company which is mentioned at its site as dealers often swap them with low cost ones so save money.e.g honda tyre partners are mrf and goodyear suppose then these dealers will sell you lower costing same size JK tyre or even the worst TVs one which wears up too quickly and u will be charged even more at balancing and alignment time at service.
thirdly they will always try to sell you accessories seperately and will give you cheaper quality accessories which are again swapped one from the original standard accessories honda gives.
and lastly always check your car before delivery for any scratches n marks and totally refuse the delivery and demand for another one if you came across any of the above problems.
This is the story of nearly every car dealer in India whether its maruti, honda or anyother customers need to know this facts do share is as much as you can please
