I wanted to share with you all about my shocking & pathetic experience with

First of all, it’s a company just in black & white with just a website to cheat people who don’t even have a team of developers; and they outsource work to some incompetent and useless freelancers to get the work done.
Background: I was given Mr. Pavan’s by a known person to develop an app which is a clone of an audio streaming app like Kuku FM. I explained my official requirement, had multiple interactions with him and finally agreed to give him the order at a total value of INR 5,50,000/-.
By mistake, I trusted him completely and agreed to pay 50% of the project value in advance(INR 275,000). The scope of work was for developing an Android App as well as the website. I credited INR 275,000/- and patiently waited for more than 2 months to see the Beta version of the App.
To my surprise, after multiple follow-ups, Mr.Pavan showed me a beta version which was uploaded in his server, a basic website for uploading some audio files with some backend option.
Moreover, the android app he developed was also showing multiple bugs so I could not even open it. The web-based application was so pathetic that even the values stored in DBs can be ripped by anybody and also, he has used a core PHP program, not even any framework for security. This was like my dream project which I wanted to do for years and I have even made the audio files ready to be uploaded in that APP.
After all this disappointing & horrible work, Mr.Pavan G had the audacity to ask for balance 50% of the agreed PO value(another INR 275,000/-) without which he said he won't be able to proceed with the work. I was completely shattered and felt cheated by this person.
I politely requested him to refund the amount, my hard-earned money, but he was so arrogant and told me that he won’t even return a single Rupee! It was clearly evident from his behavior that Mr.Pavan & his company has only been trying to loot & cheat customers who fall as their prey.
While I am personally going through a lot of mental harassment with this experience, I also want to warn others not to deal with such Cheaters anymore.
