Not sure how they serve others but I had a very bad experience with SRS movers and packers. They are even called with another name Deccan mover and packers. So let me detail on my experience with these guys.
The only reason I have gone with these guys is that I got their contact from my friend. All started with a guy comes and gives you a quotation which is quite high (29000 for 650 kilometers distance) as usual for a separate vehicle and next day delivery and gives you a word that they will charge you same as any other movers and packers if any comes lower than that quote. I go check with other packers and movers and got a quote that is 21000. None of the movers and packers gave me a quote reaching SRS quote. Quotes spanned between 18000 to 24000 but not 29000.
Now when I asked SRS person he says don't worry he will get me for 21000. Now on the day of packing he comes and then tells me he can only do it for 21000 because it's part load (delivery along with others, not a separate vehicle and it might take 4 to 5 days). So I told him to stop packing and loading as I needed it the next day or max a day later. I told I am fine with the part load but he promised me for delivery in 2 days. So done with packing and loading.
Waited for 3 days the load is in their godown and when I called they say if you want it urgently I need to pay the remaining amount as per original quote the only he will deliver it on priority else it might take the time that they can't guarantee (maybe 5 days or 2 weeks). I have no other option than to pay the remaining amount.
So I got my delivery the next day after the payment of remaining amount but the disappointing thing is I got my load as a part load. Agreed amount for full load 21000, the paid amount is 29000 but got delivery as a part load. One more disappointing thing is they say door to door delivery including packing, loading, unloading and on time delivery but I get my load delivered with just one guy who drives the truck and I have to arrange for the unloading and unpacking for which I have spent 2000.
Also, the problem with part load is the load is kept in SRS godown where few of the things are damaged due to rats.
These guys say bill include 3% value as insurance and they never give you insurance details. I requested them number of times for the insurance document but no use.
They say yes for everything till they get the load to their godown and then they make us do whatever they want to deliver it as per our need.
Gave the pic of the truck which has delivered my household load along with heavy iron pipes which were supposed to be full load and not part load.
