Kashmir aint a hill station, its a beautiful place, on the plains, with the coolness of a hillstation and beauty of its own

Day 1

1. Dal Lake : One of the most beautiful lakes , in the world. Have a trip around the lake in a shikara, and enjoy the beauty of kashmir around you. Go see Chaar Chinaar, and do some shopping on the boats (house boats), this is luxury at a very reasonable rate. If you are visiting Kashmir, you cant miss the Dal Lake. Also at the Dal Lake, are the beautiful housboats, where a night is a must. Enjoy yourself living on boat, with beds and luxuires of a 5 star hotel, and homemade local Kashmiri food. A whole day and night at Dal Lake, is a must to enjoy

Day 2

1. The Gardens : Nishaat, Shalimar, Chashma Shahi - You want gardens, those beautful pictures, with amazing sight seeing, these are the places you can boast about to your friends when you come back. Enjoy your whole day visiting these gardens, make a picnic,, enjoy the beauty.

   
   




2. Hazrat Bal Shrine & Shanker Acharya Temple : The best places and most soothing places to visit, to give respect to god for this great beauty they have given around you.

   
   

Day 4-5

1. Pahlgam : Take a taxi (pref) or bus to pahlgam, to enjoy the beauty of river, snow and nature around you. just like you saw in those perfect hill station pictures. Do rafting in the river, stay at a resort on the banks of the river, and take a bath in it. With the golf course near by enjoy some golf and soccer if you want. You can also go up the hills/mountains for some snow, and sledging

Day 6

1. Gulmarg : Love at first sight. You will love and admir the beauty of gulmarg before anything else. A never seen place, no hill station has this, so much beauty and greenry (in summer) around is just beautiful. Take the Gandola (ropeway), and go to the highest summit in asia, and enjoy the beautfy of snow in summers, throw those snow balls, make those snow me, eat some ice and to top it off have some maggie the local tea man makes... umm the best hot maggie ever

Day 7

1. Swanmarg : Heaven, ice , extreme mountains, if you want this you got this here.e Golden Meadow is at an altitude of 2740 meters and is gateway to Ladakh.It has brilliant forests of sycamore and alpine flowers, silver birch,fir and pine; Sonamarg is a place of enthralling beauty. Three lakes viz Kishensar,Vishensar and Gangabal can be viewed from Nichnai Pass. 20 Kms east of Sonamarg is Zoji-La Pass at 3540 mtrs which leads into Ladakh Plateau.
