Beware of properties developed by Kishore Reddy

I am unfortunate owner of one of apartments built (ongoing) by Mr Kishore Reddy. The builder is one of the worst kind one can imagine. Most of the apartment owners consider him as roudy. Please beware of any of his new projects. It is more than 3 years since construction started still most of amenities are missing with lift, kaveri water supply, pathetic parking. Repeated requests just receive just no messages and it is just waste of time and causes frustration talking to him. Finds all the excuses in the world for not completing the project other than himself. Not a bit of courtesy for the apartment owners and harasses by not providing the promised amenities/threatening. Please do not believe any of his words. This may be ur biggest mistake in life. He has troubled and threatened many apartment owners who have urged to complete the project.

His initial advertisement for Indraprasta promised completion by Dec 2005. Refer to Times of India online edition archives. Till now u can see this as ongoing project in his website. It may be life time achievement for this guy to complete the project. He could have completed the project instead of providing false advertisements in TOI on friday/sunday. He is having fun buying high end cars and tours outside india with money of the people who bought the apartment.

The builder name may vary from Sri Krishna Creative Projects Pvt. Ltd., under the name "Sri Krishna Group" has group of companies 'Sri Satya Group', 'Sri Krishna Property Developers' and 'Sri Krishna Builders'

managed by Mr. Kishore T Reddy and partners.
