Beware of Srikrishna Creative Projects

My intention of writing this review is not to just express my grievances but to warn potential buyers from risking their  hard earned money with Srikrishna Creative Projects / Srikrishna Property Developers.

I have bought an apartment in Indraprasta, Kasturi Nagar from SriKrishna Creative projects( formerly SriKrishna Property  Developers). I booked the flat in 2005 and at that time the propreitor Mr. Kishore Reddy promised to complete the apartment by July 2006. But I have occupied the flat only a few months back with still lot of work pending in the apartment. I am expecting the remaining work if at all it would be completed in no less than a year.

No engineer in this project has worked for more than a couple of months. There should have been atleast 12 to 15 engineers who have worked on this project so far. I seriously doubt if some of them were really engineers.

Quality of the construction has been very poor though the materials were good. Within my flat, there are atleast two walls  which are not properly aligned. My carpenter pointed out this to me as he had problems erecting wardrobes.

The tiles have not been fixed properly and there is a substantial number of tiles which are hollow.

In the bathrooms, water does not drain out completely as the tiles have not been properly sloped towards the water outlet.

There is already water seepage in the bathrooms in some of the flats.

The builder has constructed unapproved pent houses at the top and closed access to the terrace by constructing a wall.

Though people started occupying the apartment since september 2007, the builder seems to have paid advance for the lift only Recently . This shows how merciless the builder is. It is already June 2008 and the lift is yet to be erected.

The builder took a huge money for BWSSB from all of us but is yet to get the cauvery water available.

The DG set is not available and even provisions have not been made yet.

For an apartment with two blocks with 68 flats in total, there is only one borewell.

The car parking area is really awful. Atleast three to four residents so far have had their car damaged while trying to park within the apartment.

The KEB removed the electricity connection in the common area a couple of times due to non-payment of bills by the builder.

There were lots of aggrieved labourers who were extracted work but not paid the promised salaries.

Once the builder has sold you the flat, he will not be accessible even through phone. The only way to get in touch with him is by SMS. And based on his mood he may or may not respond. Kishore Reddy has trained his employees in his office on how to respond to clients if they asked about him. This is the standard response they have irrespective of who picks the phone: "Is Kishore Reddy in office?" No Sir. "Will he be coming to office today?" No Idea Sir. "When will he be in office?"

Dont know Sir.

If you have any small issue in your flat, you will have to run behind the engineer atleast 10 times and some times pay him some money to get the work done.

If I have to write all my experiences with this builder, it might take a few days. So I am stopping here.
