WHERE IS HUMANITY? WHERE IS THE RESPECT OF ONE'S OWN PROFESSION?
People lose humanity for money. Balaji Hospital(Paschim Vihar) is running a business.
Let me share our experience & series of events that happened there.
1.My father was tested positive in April. On 10th May he got a negative report but had to post covid complications so we took him to Balaji Action. There they tested him again and showed us a positive report just to admit him in Covid ICU as the charges of everything is double in Covid Ward/ICU.
2.He was put on an NIV mask without any informing us on 19th May whereas the billing was done from 15th May. When we questioned the hospital authorities, we were told that they were doing NIV "TRIAL" on 15th May.
REALLY?
BALAJI ACTION DOES TRIAL ON THE PATIENTS?
3.Again my father was tested negative on 20th May. His oxygen level was 90+ with NIV Support. We requested the doctors to shift him to Non-Covid ICU as there were chances of infection again in Covid ICU and it was a risky situation. We made many requests but we were told that no he's not in a condition of movement. Whereas on 4th June we got a call from the hospital that there are 2 patients in the ICU & we cannot run an ICU for 2 patients only. They were shifting him to another Covid ICU even when he was negative. My father's oxygen was 70 that day. We told him that the movement will not be made as his oxygen is less compared to the last time. They said we will see what has to be done. And on 5th June he was on a ventilator. Doesn't seem to be planning? A person who is speaking & is in senses is on a ventilator without informing the family members.
4.My father passed away on 6th June in the afternoon post 3:30 PM whereas white sheet and trolly were ordered for him at 9:15 AM. HOW CAN YOU START PREPARATIONS FOR A PERSON WHO IS STILL ALIVE?
Everything was prepared in the morning and all the arrangements were made.
After all this, the last patient left after Papa expired the next day, and the ICU was vacated.
They are GREAT PLANNERS!
Instead of improving his health deteriorated because of the negligence of the hospital. There were 7-8 patients and none of them recovered & we are connected to all the attendants.
