Concern 1. Delhi to Mumbai flight
Delayed for 1 hour without any prior intimation. not informed even at the check-in counter
2.When we were boarding flight we waited for cleaning staff to get down & air hostess was instead of welcoming the passengers at the rear gate was busy talking over accounts of a number of supplies of cuppa noodles and biryanis
3.I bought on board snack. Rs 300 for noodles and paper boat. give air hostess Rs 500. She says she will come back with change. I forgot to ask for change later and so did she.i recollected when I was on the bus. So SpiceJet earns Rs 200 by stealing money and not returning to its passenger. Isn't it the responsibility to mark seat number and return the change
4.Delhi to Mumbai with same luggage I carried which I came back with, one handbag and one laptop bag. Onward flight they weigh my handbag and allow it. Return flight they weigh my laptop bag with it, the total was 9 kg for both. ask me to check in when I took only hand luggage ticket. So I pay Rs400 more.
5.If you choose the web check-in you can't ... Coz the Seats are being sold. they block all the Seats as full or available for check in only at the airport. Then why should one web check-in? That's why long ques there on all counters all the time. When I went to counter they even offer ile or window.
6.the flight looks like an advertising commercial of metro or bus ... all the cabin is full of a commercial selling a brand.
I understand it's only about earning extra money from passengers for airlines. But will you ever recollect that in the end, it's a hospitality industry
I'm going to put this review on all possible social media. Never ever fly SpiceJet or recommend to anyone to do that.
