This is the next airline which will go out of business. Their websites don't work. Their customer service representative will say "That's Policy" and refuse even basic things allowed by other airlines.
I created a Spicejet club account which was a nightmare. Their IT didn't have any clue as to why I am not able to create an account. I solved it finally myself being an IT professional.
Then I asked for crediting miles for the journeys which I performed prior to creating the account. The provision in the club account returns a standard answer "Name mismatch" and never credits you for any travel.
I called their back end team who said they can't credit it because it is their "Policy". Then why do you have a club? If you are so strict in Indian conditions, it won't work. You are not knowing the customer pulse. I can write my name anyway. It does not mean that you will credit the miles only if the name matches ditto with the club account name.
They also refused to credit miles for my daughter's journey. I have paid for all these journeys. No use. I am quitting Spicejet travel forever.
