The Experience Was Not Good. Review on SpiceJet

Back in May, I had to make a day trip to Delhi from Bangalore and the only airline with reasonable rates was Spicejet. So, I booked a ticket and embarked on a journey that ended up causing me a lot of inconvenience. The staff at the check-in counter was busy chatting with each other. Even after a customer standing in the painfully long queue complained about it, they did not seem to care much. It seemed as if the customers were entitled to bad service since they paid less money for the ticket.

Once the checking in was done, made my way to the plane. Just after entering it felt a bit stuffy and there was a strong stench. Mid flight, I spotted a couple of mosquitoes in the plane and asked an air hostess to check. Her response though was positive, nothing was done and after a few minutes there were more than 3-4 mosquitoes flying. A few passengers even used their hands to kill the mosquitoes. Imagine witnessing something like that inside a plane. The seating also was a bit too cramped.

The only good thing was that the plane reached on time. Other than that, it was too hassling. If you're going for work, then it is best to opt for a different airline as this will not let you rest even for a little while and by the time you finish your trip you will feel extremely exhausted.
