I went to book Tpermit wagon R LXi car in my wife's name in Show room on 15th Jan, 2017. The executive sameer attended and explain me detail and told me about waiting period of 3-4 months and he told me if I want early delivery so I have to book through their DSA Swastik Group. The Executive call Shravan Shukla the owner of the Swastik group and introduce me as their DSA. Shravan Shukla explain me about the procedure and told me that he will give me the delivery within 20days and told me to give the delivery on 11 january, 2017 and give me the list of document. We once again went to the showroom with the documents on 19th january, 2017. Kunal Patel another executive of spectra motor came into existence and deal with us and explain me the same thing and ask as to pay the booking amount of Rs.51, 000/- in the name of Swastik Group when I inquire why I should issue the cheque in the name of DSA the executive of Spectra motors told me that they keep Rs.10lacs with the spectra motors and there cars were already booked therefore you will get your delivery on urgent basis. so you have to give the booking amount in the name of swastik group. I have given the cheque and I got the booking receipt of Spectra motors and swastik group in my company name Nisar Nakhwa Tours and Travel and the proprietor of the company my wife names.
Shravan shukla the owner of Swastik group told me that he will start the procedure of approving the car loan and when it get approved I have to pay the next installment for registration, insurance and accessories of Rs.86, 531/-
On 3rd January I went and inquire about my car in spectra Motor the team leader Ms.Surekha told me that my car is booked.I was satisfy with her answer.
On 5th January, 2017 Shravan shukla called me and told that my loan got approval but the amount approved is less because of low income proof of my wife and ask to pay the entire balance amount in cash. I told that I don't have excess amount of Rs.1, 50, 000/- which was over and above Rs.86, 531/-. I told it will not possible to pay him in cash as bank is not paying more than rs.24, 000/- he told me that if I want deliver on 11th jan I have to arrange the cash. On 6th jan I gave him Rs.86, 531/- in cheque and arrange the excess amount of Rs.1, 50, 000/- in cash and paid to him. I paid total Rs.2, 87531 to the DSA of Spectra Motor and issued me the swastik group receipt.
When I went to get my car on 11th Jan, 2017 I came to know the cheque given by swastik group to spectra motor to book my car was bounced by shravan kumar.
Now Spectra motor is saying you had booked the car from DSA and he has bounced the cheque your is not booked and we are not responsible for the fraud. The executive is left the spectra motor.
I came to that there is 11 case is been done in the same modus operandi of other 11 customer by other sales executive of spectra motor by introducing Swastik group as their DSA
Now Shravan Shukla is in jail and our money is lost.
I want to ask spectra the following question:
1.Is Maruti company appointed the DSA, if not how your showroom has allowed the illegal DSA to book car in your showroom without doing proper inquiry of the person.
2.How can an unknown person can enter your premises and booked the car on anybody's behalf. All your team is the part of this racket(fraud).
3.How can one person is booking so many car and bounce one by one 11 cheques.
4.What were your showroom doing. When your so called DSA has bounced the check.why action against him and particular sales executive has not taken.
5.Why not you inform me. When I went to inquire with your booking desk they told me my car is booked at that time why I had been told that my cheque was bounced. I could have not paid the futher payment.
This was all deliberate lapses from your showroom and your showroom has to take the responsibility and bear the loss which I had incurred due to your negligence.
Maruti Regional Office is also shielding Spectra Motor as they fulfill their sales target.
I am expecting maruti head office to intervene this matter and ask spectra motor to bear the loss as they had introduced me the DSA in their premise and I dont know who was shravan shukla after satisfaction introduction by the spectra authorised person I had paid the amount even though on 3rd jan if surekha could not told me about the cheque bounce other wise I could not have paid the further amount to shravan.
I need your help please forward this to as many people so it could get reach to the concern person in Maruti udyog where I could get the justice.
Don't Suggest any one to buy car from spectra Motor. Please.
