Hi All,
Whoever looking for admission in Sophia high school please do not expect any hopes of admission - this is my personal experience. I'm sure there are others who would agree with me or disagree.
Like all we wanted our daughter to join sophia high school because we thought it would be great if she could join in terms of education and distance. we followed the usual procedure and filled in the form with a charge of 300/- Rs and then submitted the hard copies to the school at the time of interview. we were very excited and confident that we would get through as our application no. was within 50 and the distance of our house from the school was just at stones throw away distance. We waited for 2 months and after such a long wait we got a letter from the school stating that THE SEATS ARE NOT AVAILABLE.
We were shocked seeing the letter. even after meeting the required criteria they dint give us the seat. Further, when we went to the school to meet the principal, the security did not allow us to go inside and instead asked to take appointment with the principle after which we will be allowed to go and meet the principle. The school does not respond to the calls and after trying for half an hour they picked the call and refused to give appointment to principle. even after visiting the school continuously for 10 days, the security dint allow us to meet the principle not did the principle give appointment to us.
Such a arrogant behaviour from the sisters which was never expected. no humanity at all. those who are ready to pay 4-5 lakhs as donation got the seats without any application and those who stood in queues for long hours waiting for the application were denied seats.
Basically, they target only big shots who can afford to give hefty amounts as donations and also maintain the schools status quo.
I recommend not to go to this school as they have lost the basic moral values.
This is such an arrogant response from the principal and management - extremely disappointed with this useless people.
This is so pathetic - just to let us know this stupid msg they made us wait almost 2 months. They could have easily told us at the very beginning and we could have avoided the expectation which we had from this school.
I have lost respect for this school and principal for taking such a blunt call. I'm not even giving a single star for this school and management.
