I lost my old phone while traveling which I had for more than 3 years. Desperately I needed a phone to communicate with my office. As soon as reached home, without enquiring my friends or surfing in the net, I just went to the mobile shop and bought this 3G K770i Sony Eriksson Cyber Shot phone. As soon as I saw this phone I fell in love with it. I just selected for its smoothness and slim feature.
This was my first proper camera mobile phone. It’s a neat looking mobile phone with smoothly curved corners which fits into our jeans pocket perfectly. It has neat candy bar design with impressive bright and clear screen. The key pads were narrow and wide, embedded properly with the metal case. Above the key pads there are four short cut key, on right and left side.
In between these shortcut keys there were another two smaller keys for navigation. When u press it, menu pops up offering direct access to main key features of the phone such as running apps, blue tooth, music player, calendar and web browser etc. This is a good feature of Sony Eriksson mobiles. All Sony Ericsson users will be familiar with the D-pad and centrally mounted select button but for other phone users it’s very easy to use, compare with other mobiles. The operating system is smooth and speedy, all the icons are clearly labeled and no need to check the handbook to operate.
Flipping the phone on other side shows a flash unit on the left side which can be used as torch, and a centrally mounted sliding metal which hides the camera lens. Whenever u slide the metal to open camera, two beautifully flashing blue light on the edge of the sliding metal will appear, which is really cool.
It has a high quality 3.2MP camera complete with auto focus and a LED Light. There is no flash however u can switch on manually the LED light behind, before taking picture. The picture looks so great in mobile, sometimes when u transfer to computer its some what blurred. We can’t zoom in on pictures, person or the thing we trying to photograph should be nearer to two feet. The video quality is ok. On the front of the phone a tiny camera lens for video calls can also be found. There are also plenty of tools for the keen mobile blogger for uploading pictures and enough editing features to fix all the worst pictures. Aside from the camera, the K770i has an FM radio and a music player which has volume control on sides. Apart from that variety of office tools are also present.
The design of the K770i is impressive, and features are not complicated. Finally battery life is good and I don’t have any hesitation in recommending this Sony Eriksson Cyber shot mobile phone to others.
