I have been using this mobile for almost a year now, and quite impressed by it. I don't make or receive much calls( thats another story), but at around 5 mins/day, the battery lasts for one full week! Great Sony UI, very responsive joystick. In fact after using this phone, I loathe to use non-joystick(read Nokia) phones. Doesn't have bluetooth, but do you really need this?
The 10-12MB internal memory is adequate, except when you want to hear MP3s, in which case, buy Sony's Walkman phone instead. The quality of the speakers is exceptionally good, and will knock down any other phone in its price range. Bought this one at around Rs.6500 a year ago, but should now cost 1000 lower.
The camera function is basically ok. Nothing much to write about, and the pics seem a bit pixelated due to its low resolution (though it looks ok on a computer). Features like b&w,sepia,negative, which I havent found anybody using, is available. Same about video. BTW, it plays animated gifs.
GPRS works great. I use it occasionaly to change the Theme(which is the only time I use it). Lots, but not that great, themes are available at the Sony website from where it can be directly downloaded. (Dont go thru mobile operators - they charge like hell).
My little secret: Though the websites and manuals claim that you cannot take a pic without the shutter noise, you can, by just turning the silent mode on ;)
