Not a trustworthy builder!

Review On Somani Realtors P Ltd, Kolkata

I bought a Flat from Somani Realtors in a quite location in South Kolkata in 2013 and I found their service not so reliable.

Firstly, the rooms were not properly sized and the bathroom and the kitchen were given extremely less space.

The water supply was three times each day but no 24*7service as claimed by the builder.

They had a moderate product implementation rate and there prices were quite low than the others.

The community was allotted two maids for clean-up service but they were pretty irregular and often gave some lame excuses to take holidays and had little courtesy towards community members.

The management of the company was polite and offered some nice discounts at the time of purchasing the flat but their customer service lacked heavily as they were not easily accessible when needed.
