Is it a big scam?. Review on Sohonetindia

I think most readers are now familiar with the home based business opportunity being advertised by SOHONET INDIA , a Chennai based company with a countrywide(all major metros) network of dealers. Lakhs of people have registered with the company by paying Rs 6000. The concept is simple. They give you a CD which has 5 MB of data pertaining to legal cases. The data apparently has many errors which the RBA (Registered Business Associate) is expected to correct within a period of 30 days and submit. They require an accuracy level of 99%. For the effort put in, the RBA is supposed to be paid Rs15000 and also get a new job work CD. So far so good. There have been innumerable complaints about the functioning of the company. The main issues being raised are. 1. The company does not give the jobwork CD . 2. Even if the CD is given, it is humanly impossible to complete the work in 30 days unless one puts in 15 hours plus everyday. 3. Desperate unemployed people have put in that kind of effort and submitted the work but have not been paid. There is no way an RBA can check the accuarcy of his work. The company SOHONET INDIA rejects almost all submissions as falling short of the desired accuarcy level. 4.SoOHONET INDIA has made crores of rupees and has paid very few people. These payments have been made to give the company a facade of being a genuine company. 5. In reality, there is no work at all. The so called scanned files which need top be corrected are actually deliberately tampered files and there is software available to prove this and also to do the complete work in less than 10 mins.
