Soframycin cream contains Framycetin sulphate ( 1% w/w) as an active ingredient. Its strong bacteriocite.
It kills bacteria by breaking outwe wall of their cell.
Soframycin have very low side effects and that makes it very safe to use in Childerns.
Its one of the best cream for Simple wound dreasing.
It can be used almost on every wound, but in my openion One shoud not use it in Brun and wound due to burn.
