I had a severe injury at my right great toe, caused by one of the employee at Soch Phoenix Mall Bangalore. I want to expose this entire team for the physical, emotional and financial trauma they have given to me.
Friends, Please read the review till the end to know how inhumane, insane and money minded the entire team is.
I was just standing at one of the saree counter and exploring sarees when one of their employee came running and suddenly stepped very hard on my right great toe. He was holding a bunch of clothes in front of him and claimed he couldn’t see and was In hurry. Before I realised even what has happened to me, He disappeared.
Within a fraction of second my entire nail turned black with a heavy blood clot underneath and I was under terrible pain. One lady employee just offered me a bottle of water and that’s all. No first Aid. I didn’t get even ice until I asked for it. I started crying and asked them for assistance to call a doctor or take me to hospital. They said they are busy as Diwali time and went to respective counter to attend other customers.
I waited for 1 hour sitting and crying there and finally my husband came to pick me and we rushed to hospital. I had to undergo a surgery immediately to remove my nail of right great toe.
Doctor said it’s a big injury and my nail is dead now.
After I got discharged from hospital, we called up the SOCH Customer Care and got the manager's contact to inform the entire incident. What surprised me more, is that they didn’t even ask how is my Health.
Mr Abhilash, the manager more concerned of any negative review I would give and trying to pacify me by offering Diwali candles which I didn’t accept. No one from Bangalore Phoenix Soch called me to say even a sorry.
How inhumane, insane these people are. Didn’t even offer me any help at store after doing a great damage.
Folks, I am still in the recovery process and it takes 6 months for the new nail to grow. I have spent a lot of money on surgery, consultation and dressing and still spending. I request all other customers who all are reading this please circulate on all social media and expose these guys .. so that no one will suffer like me in future. They are taking things very lightly.
The store is highly unsafe, accident prone area as Employees are super careless and don’t even look at the road while walking.
