Big name with no integrity- Scamster

Review On Sobha Dream Acres, Bangalore

I had a very similar experience as has been shared by some of the members here. We had booked for a flat in Sobha Dream Acres paying an advance of 1 Lakh. It was in fact a trap by the sales team, who kind of convinced us to book it at the spot, stating that it can be cancelled if at all, without any issue. We ended up swiping our cards for the amount and then we decided to cancel it the next day itself and the same was communicated to the sales lady, through email as well as phone call. It is that day and now that we are yet to receive the refund. Initially they had mentioned it would take 45-50 days. I did the cancellation on Apr 18 2019 and still now no refund has come through. I never expected a name like Sobha would resort to this kind of scamming. Even I am contemplating to take legal action, if things are not working out.
