Snapdeal is a very bad online shopping site . They have many bad points > i.e quality of product, packaging, customer service, etc . Below, I describe about these . I am facing big problem on a order which I placed order in Snapdeal . They don't refund money, if you return a order .
On 28th Sept. 2016, I had placed a order of a Nova NHT 1045 W Beard Trimmer White on snapdeal( Order ID: 1540606) of worth 299/- .It was a prepaid order, I had done payment via my NetBanking account . It was delivered on 30th Sept 2016 . Packing of order was not good . After delivery when we checked the product, we saw oil was not full of bottle it was half of the bottle . We also check that, Snapdeal deliver us a used product . Then I request for return & refund on same as payment mode . As per their rule money should be credit in my NetBanking account within 4 days from the date of issue of refund . Snapdeal said they issued refund on 2nd Oct 2016 . Today is 9 Oct 2016 . That means 7 days gone . But, till money not credited in my bank account . I have been checked my bank statement daily . For this problem I sent many mail to snapdeal . But, all time they said same that they will check it with their team or request me to contact my bank . As per your request I had contacted with my Bank with Refund Reference Number( ARN), But they said they are unable to check this . I also update snapdeal about this . I request them to check the refund process again & contact with their bank . But they don't reply my last mail, not solved my issue .
Now I think I lost 299/- . I also decided that after few days I will go to consumer forum, if till money not credited in my account . I will never buy anything from Snapdeal . I also suggest to all don't buy anything from Snapdeal .
