I recently bought a Panasonic Cordless Phone 2, 4Ghz on Snapdeal. The order was delivered on time and 2 days after I installed the phone, I noticed that I received a lower costing model than the one I had ordered. The model name had a "b" instead of "s" in it.
The model I ordered had the feature of working for a few minutes even there was no power and that was the reason I wanted to buy it. I called up customer service and they said I first had to return this phone to get the model I wanted. I already made entries in the phone book and I was in no mood to send this phone back and wait for another one. The whole episode spoiled the buying experience and I choose to live with this lower end model instead of the one I wanted to buy,
