Difference Between Snapdeal and Flipkart. Review on Snapdeal

I am writing this here, because Flipkart does not respond to customer feedback on MouthShut. I hope Snapdeal considers these points:

The differences between the two:

1.Seller Details?: Once you make a purchase on Snapdeal, you cannot know which seller of the marketplace did you choose. On the other hand, Flipkart continues to show the name of the Seller throughout and even after the order is completed. If Snapdeal shows this information too all the time, it would help buyers make a better choice in further orders too.

Even the rating system is lacking that way in Snapdeal. There is no feedback of different sellers available on Snapdeal, unlike Flipkart. Only ratings are shown for each seller, not feedback of actual buyers. Feedback of a product is shown by buyers. Snapdeal has two tabs while writing product and seller feedback. While product feedback is approved for display, the seller feedback is nowhere to be seen. Winner: Flipkart (WS Retail)

2.Delivery Schedule: Flipkart wins outrightly here simply because they have their own logistics network in big cities at least. When I say Flipkart, I mean WS retail. Since I have never bought anything from any other marketplace sellers on Flipkart, so I am not sure what logistics company do they use. Snapdeal has taken an idea from amazon.in here lately by the name of 'SD Fulfilled Order'. Winner: Flipkart(WS Retail)

3.Logistics Details: When you buy from Flipkart (WS Retail), the entire logistics chain is displayed to you, which I find extremely convenient. Like when the product has been shipped, its present location etc. One can plan receiving the products accordingly. Winner: Flipkart (WS Retail)

4.Delivery Person Details: Flipkart (WS Retail) wins here again as the customer gets the contact detail of the person who will deliver the products. It brings a sense of confidence to the mind of buyers, when one gets to meet the same delivery guy always. Snapdeal sellers use various courier companies, and its a new person at your door always. Winner: Flipkart (WS Retail)

5.Delivery Time: Flipkart(WS Retail) wins here again, as so far nobody has been able to beat them. Delivery time taken by WS Retail is too too less. Winner: WS Retail

6.Prices: Snapdeal wins here as the prices on Snapdeal are generally better than Flipkart (WS Retail). In case of books, it seems Flipkart (WS Retail) is in direct contest with Amazon.in only. Whenever price of a book is reduced on Amazon, WS Retail responds exactly similarly.

Moreover, the marketplace sellers other than WS Retail price their products higher than other e-commerce websites. Maybe Flipkart charges a higher 'Listing Fee' than other portals. Winner: Snapdeal

7.Website Feel: Flipkart wins here uncontested. Information on Snapdeal looks cluttered, while Flipkart gives you a feeling of uncluttered clean look. Winner: Flipkart

8.Product Bouquet: Snapdeal is the winner here as they have more products for sale. Flipkart loses here. Winner: Snapdeal

9.Feedback Moderation: Flipkart does not moderate buyer's feedback, while Snapdeal does. Any misuse of 'Review' or 'Feedback' can always be reported. But Snapdeal prefers to moderate it, dont know why. Winner: Flipkart
