I have been addicted to online shopping since 2 years, I never faced any issues from flipkart, ebay. But since I did my transaction on snapdeal im vexed up with online shopping. I did a transaction for a sony vaio laptop on last month and any how I wanted to cancel my transaction as my decision was not good regarding the laptop.
When I called to snapdeal support they said that It would take around 3 weeks for the refund. Its been 4 and half weeks and still I didn’t get any refund. Now when I call them they say that its been in process.
The most horrible pain of snapdeal support is that unless if you are on waiting for 10 mins, they won’t respond you. Trust me guys these fellows are here just to cheat people.
Don’t trust them.
