Hello Snapdeal team,
I have purchased an order of V Guard Stabilizer from Snapdeal on 3rd October with order id: 15583833477.
I have received the product on 14th of October, opened the package and found the damaged product. I called the customer care and informed snapdeal customer support to replace the product, and I sent the product to the Hyderabad team from my home town with the courier details(Professional Couriers: AMP261122) . After 2 days, I got a call from Snapdeal stating the quality check has been failed for the item and unable to replace the item and they are sending back the product to me.
I conveyed the product reached was damaged and I requested for the replacement, but the snap deal is refusing to replace the product with the damaged product. I am attaching the damaged product images here for your reference.
Every time I am calling the customer care and asking for status, I am getting the same and repeated answer, and few times the conversation took more than 30 minutes and the call will be disconnected without getting any response.
May I know how many days it will took for the quality check and delivering the good product.
If the customer receives the damaged product, is it the customer fault?
