I have been delivered the product after I followed up, a lot. They do not have proper information and wont give quality service. I ordered a refrigerator, which was delivered after a lot of struggle. I have to pick the goods from carrier to home in second floor. I am not given an invoice and warranty card as of the time of delivery also.
I am not sure how it will be after opening. I am waiting the installation guy to come and instal but for that I need invoice which is not given. The courier partner Gati is also non responsive
