DAY 6*SNAP DEAL IS STILL SLEEPING ON DELIVERING THE PRODUCT.
Their partner "BLUE DART" is least bothered about their incompetency in keeping with the delivery deadlines.
Snap Deal has partnered with Blue Dart who are equally inefficient in their approach towards customers.
I placed my order which was to be delivered on 31stOct as per the commitment. But Blue dart slided on the delivery date and finally said we cannot commit as we have backlogs & shortage of staff.
When I approached snap deal they gave me a complaint number"11400599" and said I will get a revert within 24hrs which has not happened.
The telephone lines of both "SNAP DEAL" & "BLUE DART" are always busy and the people on helpline talk like ROBOTS .
This is the first & last time I have made an order on snap deal .IT IS PATHETIC in its service.NEVER ORDER FROM THEM
