I am a frequent online shopper and from my perspective Snapdeal.com is one of the best site for online shopping. I have had a good experience shopping through snapdeal.com. About five month ago I bought a pair of puma shoes and headphones through this site and I have been using these products since then and it was a total value for money.I even bought my meizu m2 from here about 1 year ago and I am still using it. What I mean is quality wise the products I had purchased through this site are outstanding. If talking about the customer service then also I never had any problem in refunds of any of my cancelled orders, but the only problem is that if we have made an online payment then the refunded amount will come in our snapdeal wallet, we can use that money for purchasing any other product but we can not withdraw it.
Delivery time is decent, sometimes it may take time in delivery but mostly it takes about 3 days approx. it depends, if delivery store is somewhere near your residential area it may come on time.
Mostly I use snapdeal app for shopping, it is easy to use and user friendly not very difficult to use. If you know what to buy simply search it and place an order, pretty decent.
I have been shopping through this site for about 4 years now and there is not any serious problem that I had ever encountered. Very simple and easy to shop and after been a customer of snapdeal I can say that this site is reliable and shopping is fun if done online.
