I purchased a speaker from Snapdeal(Order ID: 11918348400). The product quality was very poor. The sound output is so low that it is of no use for me. I came to know only when I plugged in. I placed a return / refund request. But my refund request was rejected stating their return policy doesn't cover this(if quality is not good, they can not refund).
Now tell me, how will a customer know whether the quality of the product is good or bad before buying?
Once you buy, if the product quality is not good, you can not return the same to snapdeal. As per the customer care executive, Snapdeal only refunds products which is defective(God knows if that is true or not).
Amazon is much better. Flipkart is good too. But beware of snapdeal, as once you spend your hard earned money, you are stuck.
