Order# 18376472899 that I returned already but no refund yet.
They have picked up the product(I have the reserves pickup sheet for evidence) however closed the case stating-
"Hi Chetan Gupta
We have not received any response from you regarding pickup
We had to pick up your item to initiate refund. It seems you no longer want to return it. Thus we are closing your request. "
It doesn't stop here, their representative called me before closing the case and asked if I have the reverse pickup AWB#, I have him the same then he assured that amount will be refunded soon.
Let me guess - "i think he was just checking his luck if revese pickup sheet got misplaced by me by any chance so that he can simply deny the refund saying snapdeal did not receive the product"
I tried calling customer care many times but it is impossible to connect if someone is calling for a return request status.
