Beware with Snapdeal Refund policy.
I have purchased IFB 6 kg Eva Aqua Sx Ldt 6 Kg Front Load Washing Machine on October 6th.
Order ID: 15742297877 Placed on: Thu, 06 Oct, 2016.
On October 8th I have cancelled this order before shipping.
I got message as "Your cancellation request(Reference no: 31805060) is accepted.
Estimated Refund By: 14 Oct, 2016."
I have tried to contact customer care on " 92126 92126". But This number is not for customer care.
Friends you can try above number for customer care.
I did not get any option to complaint. " I really disappointing with this poor/worst customer care. I had complained through e-mail. I got a call from Snapdeal saying that was not their fault that was fault by Fedex courier. I was really shocked getting such type of answer. Because I have paid to Snapdeal not to Fedex. Snapdeal must remember that I Have paid amount to Snapdeal.
16 days over till now they are Holding rs.24000 of amount. This is not a small amount. I have to pay interest to my credit card. I dont know what they are doing.
I think this is a new business technique by holding customers amount for many days for interest.
I have bought many things from amazon.in. The good customer care and great refund policy.
I cant recommend Snapdeal for Online shopping for such a worst customer care and hidden return policy.
