I do not shop on Snapdeal as much as I do on Amazon. They too have a lot of products, discounts and offers but somehow I tend to shop on Amazon mainly because the price is lesser than that in Snapdeal.
I have used Snapdeal quite a few times for buying t-shirts and some sports equipment. They arrived in 2days of ordering and the t-shirts I bought are good even today. So no complains regarding quality. You can return the item if its defective or of wrong size within 7days. They have a lot of terms and conditions regarding this and one which I do not like is that if the value of your item is less than Rs.1000 then money is returned as SD cash which is valid for a year. Amazon returns full amount within a week to your account without conditions.
Recently when Maggi made a comeback they tied up with Snapdeal. We had to register 2 days before their launch on Snapdeal and then Snapdeal would send a link through which we could buy Maggi on Sale Day. I registered for it and had to travel out of station that day. On sale day I bought it through my mobile. I did not have the app so I did the browsing through chrome. The purchase was very smooth and Maggi arrived 2 days later.Personally I have had a good experience with Snapdeal till now. Will use their site more often.
