How Snapdeal forced me to buy same product twice

I recently ordered an American Tourister Blue colour Duffle bag costing Rs 1650(plus Rs 49 delivery charge) on Snapdeal. When I opened the consignment I found that they they had sent me a black colour bag instead with a complete different design.


I had ordered the product in the first place only because of the colour and design. I had a similar experience with Snapdeal before when I had to replace a defective pair of Ray Ban sunglass. It was time consuming and tedious process so I decided against returning the product this time. Today I again have to order the same product but this time on Flipkart. I have totally lost the trust in Snapdeal.
