Non Replacement of Faulty Product from SNAPDEAL

This is the worst service I ever got after purchase on worst online portal SNAPDEAL


I had purchased mobile “Moto G Turbo Edition(16GB)” from snapdeal against Order ID: 16303182986(Suborder Id: 20343270410) on 25th-Oct-16


First of all snapdeal had send faulty product and on raising complain they had send an engineer who also confirmed that product is faulty and given me written acknowledgement that product is faulty.


As the snapdeal told that they do not have pickup facility at my address so I have to send by national courier to there warehouse(Very surprising they can deliver at the address but cannot pick up from same address).


Any how I had send the product from first flight priority courier and that got received on 17th Nov-16. Even after multiple follow up finally they declared that return declined on 21st-Nov-16, with no reason shared till time.


Now I am again continuously following why it is declined in quality check and they are saying they will take 3 days to reply. Logic given by customer care is that TAT is 24 hrs of working hrs for reply i.e 24 hrs divided by working hrs(9hrs), i.e 24/9= 3 days approx. what a coward company and there executives are.


This is all fake statement and all fake validation, SNAPDEAL deliver the faulty product and even not ready to take the courage of accepting it. Inspite of replacing the same they decline mentioning no reason for same.
