I was promised for a superb trip to Honk kong with my family of 4 adults and 1 child.
I told them very clearly that I am very new to such international trip and will need their guidance and support from time to time.
Team also told that even though it is not mentioned in their policy to apply for VISA but still they will get it done and we need not worry for the same.
They took immediately Rs 60k and then told me that VISA will be applied just 15 days prior to the journey.
15 days before the journey, when I approached them to apply visa for me and my family, they said it will have to be done by me only as they do not have experience on the same.
When I started doing it, it got rejected in the system and then I again approached the company with the said issue.
Company said no problem, they guided me and said to apply for VISA through hard copy to be sent to Honk Kong and kept on pursuing me to pay the remaining amount of Rs 1.75 Lacs. Luckily, this time I did not fall prey to this fraud company and asked them, once VISA will come, I will pay the remaining amount.
Finally after 1 month(15 days after the planned journey date), I received a letter from Honk Kong embassy saying that the VISA cannot be approved due to some unavoidable reasons.
When I approached the company again to return my money or to adjust in another trip, the company refused straight away and said they can adjust only Rs 15K and remaining Rs 45 K cannot be refunded at all because they booked flight tickets on my behalf.
After some time, I approached the company again for utilizing the remaining amount of Rs 15K, but now they are not responding at all and I feel completely cheated for Rs 60000.
This is a FRAUD COMPANY and the parent company TRAVLE TRIANGLE has become a partner to this.
I have mailed atleast 6-7 times till now, but no response is received from their till date.
I have asked them a 2 simple question:
Provide me the bill for the tickets purchased by them on my behalf.
Why not responding to my communication.
IS THE COMPANY DEAD OR ALL EMPLOYEES ARE IN SLEEPING MODE?
I am approaching Consumer court now and ready to invest my time and money in that .
Hopefully, I may get justice this time.
