We got our kitchen made through them in our new flat in Bangalore. Despite the fact that the installation was done there were some glitches( broke Tray and misaligned trolley) which had to be amended. Likewise I had asked for an extra shelf to be set in the space, for which I had already paid. I had been guaranteed by the operation director that it would be finished by third, which didn't happened. In the wake of following up he guaranteed me another date and that again was not kept. I contacted them again and was shocked by their reply. I was informed that I had to pay extra money to set up the shelf and to rectify the defective tray and trolley for which I had already paid. I was really annoyed by their service and would never choose to work with them again.
