Last friday, with great expectations, I went to watch Skyfall. As it was my first movie in months, I want that movie to be a special, dazzling one. But after watching the movie, I was really finding the money go the drain. Only few sequences were good, especially the first fight, but after that the movie moved at a very slow pace, and you really want more from the movie.
There is no such gadgets as such in the movie, as Bond is portrayed more realistically, but who wants that. Aston martin can only fire bullets, what did the producers thought, after seeing the car erupting missiles, the Bond went back or what. And at last, but not the least, the girls are not very sexy. Severine looks sexy in parts, but didn't last long. You rather feel M as the Bond girl.
The story is simple, a psycho agent, who was handed to Chinese by M, wants revenge on M, and Bond have to stop that, but he eventually can't do that even. The only grace is Daniel Craig, and his performance, and the villain is really villian-ish.
Rest nothing to say, if you've been fan of earlier Bond movies, you'd be disappointed, and if u like to watch a gritty spy drama, u might find the film nice.
