In three hours of packing and one km distance to move, they took two hours of break for snacking.
Practically all the staff went missing, from 9.00 am, just after reporting, to 9.30 am for tea /11.30 am to 12.30 pm for snacks in middle of packing. Apart from that lunch provided by us, separately. Still wanted more drinks after one round. It seemed as if they came for a party and refreshments and not work.
The fact that more than half of the packing was done by us, and we told them in advance that things needs to be carried out in a decent way without wasting time, didn't change their attitude.
Suddenly, after wasting all the time, they will be in hurry to pack, throw and leave before you could understand, in the name of "no entry". And don't you dare to question them about any of the nonsense they do, will show their real face. They ended up dumping all the stuff on face and left.
Poor packaging material, zero lamination, all they have is cheap cartoon box that don't last, torn sheets that don't cover the items fully, and third class bubble wrap. Dent and breakage of items all the way, due to poor and neglected handling inspite of repeated instructions.

And One cylinder left back.
Not one item left without scratches.
None of the promises made by sales were kept, whether presence of a coordinator/ sending experienced guys/ time duration, false commitment and poor delivery.
Forget about any penalty on damage done, it's not even worth it, your own respect is more important. You will face passive-aggressive behaviour. Non apologetic and highly rude once the damage is done. Even by the fellow Dinesh, who sold the service with huge promises, including giving his words to be there. He will behave as if doing a huge favour and will held you responsible for their job, for which they have been paid full and more, and hired. Absolutely not trustworthy and unreliable. So hiring Sky Touch Packers and Movers is like throwing the money for nothing. Beware of fake reviews.
There are plenty of packers and movers out there in Gurgaon, at much more reasonable prices and responsible ways for doing the job, to choose from. So, choose wisely, instead of regretting later.
