Worst service from Skinnsi, really very unhappy and disappointed that I have wasted my 38k with 6 session packages. Seems this Skinnsi service is only for the celebrity for marketing purposes. I have taken a 6 session package from that and the 1st session was done well, In the 2nd session I got an infection in my eyes and face due to unhygienic glass and I have taken the session in their Toothsi clinic in Ghatkopar which was very very unhygienic I had raised the complain again the therapist Nisha also for the clinic for which I was assured that will not face any issue in future.
3rd session for precaution and safety purpose I had opted for home visit, the therapist Swappnali she had not done her work properly, she was so very talkative as she was continuously talking about her personal and married life which I was not interested and I told her to the session properly as she was continuously talking she didn't complete her work properly, After 3rd session also there was no reduction in my hair growth for which I have escalated the issue and from Escalation Team Ms CHANDANI had handled my issue and said she will personally look into my case, I have discussed my problem regarding the therapist and after 3rd session, there is no improvement in my hair reduction. She assured me saying please complete the rest session you will surely get the result.
Later for the 4th Session I again booked for the clinic as it was assured me the complaint raised by me regarding unhygienic of clinic has been resolved and for session, they have appointed senior most therapists. But I was again very disappointed as the clinic was not cleaned. There were no proper lights in the clinic the therapist was even facing the issue regarding the light as it was very dull and she was unable to see the hair, Due to which my session was not done properly there is no reduction in my hair after the 1st session the hair growth was there it is the same.
Later I consulted their Dr., surprisingly the Dr has suggested that I should go for more 8 sessions. SHOCKED, Again for my 5th session I spoke to CHANDANI for booking as I was told by her that she is looking personally into the case so booking will be done from her and this time she booked other clinic in different location, and was informed by Chandani that she will provide me therapist details one day prior the session, After giving her reminder for therapist details she didn't reply me, I have shared my alternate no. on where she can WhatsApp me and provide me the details.
Again to my surprise, I am receiving an email at night 10:00 pm that the session got cancelled. I immediately informed Chandani as I have postponed my other plan and had scheduled for the session. She told me she will check and will revert, today is 3rd day still I haven't heard from her.
I AM SO VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE SERVICE. THEY SAY THEIR THERAPIST ARE WELL-TRAINED BUT THEY ARE NOT DOING THEIR SERVICE PROPERLY.
Hence will suggest please don't waste your money by opting Skinnsi.
