SIMPLILEARN SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.
These people have got nothing to do with education. It's a scam in the name edtech platform.
Just tell them that you are interested in admission they stick behind your back, they call you repeatedly till you get frustrated. When there is a glitch in their service and when seriously a help needed from their end, even after requesting for several times or rising several support tickets they don't even respond.
I had a long discussion for nearly half a month and finally they had agreed to send my monthly status report. Actually, I had asked for weekly report for which they disagreed. Irony is we can't get our report for ourself. The reason behind this is at the end they make false accusations that we didn't do so and so task, which happened recently. They sent me a false warning that I haven't applied for nearly 5 jobs. But, I had applied for all their jobs and had proofs. Upon writing a review, exposing their dirty business, I got a call and after proving them that I have applied, they said they would be sending me a mail apologizing for their fault, but still I haven't received it from careerservice team. Even after rising a ticket for the same, they closed the ticket without responding or apologizing.
Right now, I had a call from Simplilearn careerservice and directly refusued to share my report to myself.
They had agreed to share the same a month ago and now suddenly it's an order from higher authorities not to share my report with myself. I know here it's going. At the end they lie that we didn't do so and so activity.
Now they informed me that I have scored 14.5 in a code test. Fun fact is I have never taken that test. No mail or link or any information as provided to me from Simplilearn team and now they are throwing another false accusation that I haven't done well in test.
Every time they try to throw away my job guarantee service by their lies or scams I would expose them to the world.
Please don't loose your hard earned money to these scammers. Let me share my experience with Simplilearn. Except Job guarantee program there is no course of them where they put effort for your placement. But unfortunately even in job guarantee program NOBODY is placed via Simplilearn.
They have got few terms and conditions which they say that we should be following to avail guarantee services. Till today I have followed all their traps so that I still be eligible for guarantee services. One among these terms are to fill Google forms which is supposed to filled without miss. These Google forms are from Simplilearn itself, not from the companies and they ask to fill it everytime. Same form in the name of different companies but forms of Simplilearn. All they want is we miss some form and they get excuse to drop our guarantee service.
I have filled all the forms within the time limit they had asked for and I have got proofs even, but falsely accuse me that I haven't applied for many companies through the forms they have provided. I can also give the copy of proof that I have applied for all those companies mentioned by them.
It's job guaranteed program for name sake it should have been named "guaranteed no job, no refund program".
If any of the executives call you and say that job guaranteed program with 100 percent result, just ask them if they provide with any placement record from last 1 year who are placed from Simplilearn and are of non IT background. It's literally zero. Also if anybody is placed, they had IT experience but just needed certificate for career transit. For that Udemy is the best platform. In fact contents are far better than of Simplilearn.
After my previous review Simplilearn had asked for my contact details and had called and had promised me to check with their fault and had asked me for screenshots of proofs that I was right and they were wrong. Later after their followups, they had agreed to apologize for their mistake and would give me written that it was their fault.
I have received mail from escalation team which is of no use and not from careerservices.
Even after raising a ticket asking for the same, they marked it as resolved. After I reopened the same ticket they marked it as duplicate.
For all the tickets we raise the response is same. It's either resolved without even trying to resolve or marked as duplicate where there is no relation between the tickets which they claim to be replicas of.
I have got proofs of all their scams.
