This is the worst airline in Indian Skies. Yes initially it might have brought about a revolution but with its present services it is not here to stay.
All of us travel through Airline for the following reasons
But Deccan offers you none of the above. In short you pay for your misery if you pay to fly with Deccan. I happened to fly from Bangalore to Mumbai but my flight was+ 4 hrs delayed. There were all wrong announcements being made & then when I personally went to their counter to enquire, I was handed a complimentory one-way ticket which was valid for 2 months. At the end of one month, I contacted them as mentioned in their complimentory ticket & I received the response stating that I will get my tickets after a week. However, I never got any tickets & I paid a fortune for the phone bills as I was also trying to contact them on phone. There is absolutely no sense of responsiblitly in their employees & their DIRECT PHONE NOS. are never responded.( This I am telling you as per my experience of calling them for about 10 days). I really wonder how these people work with such Attitude. Don't they realise that HAPPY CUSTOMERS are their key to SUCCESS. Pl. take this from me & DO NOT travel with Deccan EVER.
