When flight of this airways is late then they are not compensating the customer for their loss of time , mental frustration, business loss.
I have faced that and I confirm you all they simply refund your money, they are not responsible.
But when we cancel our ticket the cut transaction fee 500
again if low cost flight give voucher no money refund.
this is cheating, pocket picking.
Very poor attitude to make money!!!!!!!
I am very cool only I want to show my view if you re convinced please try to make this type of situation smooth for next person.
So I require helping hands from our individuals as customers.
Again I confirm you I am not from any other airlines I will call against all those airlines which do the same kind of action.
again I request to all you people please save yourself from this tupe of policies,
I am not knowing how INDIAN administration department allow this type of economical exploitation.
