Order ID- 3001698674, Case ID -539580. I ordered for HTC explorer mobile on 23 Nov using coupons they have been offering to all. I received my mobile on 28 Nov and was happy to receive it. Unfortunately my happiness ended there since I could not get my mobile to start. I raised a complaint same day and was asked to visit service center and get a DOA certificate.


Since I really wanted a working mobile asap, I visited service center on 30th and sent a snapshot of DOA same day and called them up for replacement. I was asked to wait for sometime for reverse pick. Since then I have been calling almost everyday and everytime I get promise that my mobile will be reverse picked in next 48-72 hours. The case has reached status quo. Few time I got promise that if its not reverse picked in said timeframe, Case manager will cancel the order anyway and I will get my refund. Case manager has been changing all the time. Every casemanager promises a resolution within next 48 hours. I have talked to Himanshu, Yusuf, Deepak, other Himanshu. I have also lodged complaint on their facebook forum, twitter etc. but no result so far. I have also changed my request to refund instead of replacement.


I was very happy when I ordered the product at such a good price. I was also happy with the prompt delivery, packaging etc. but last few weeks have been only false promises. Today its 18 days since I sent them DOA certificate.


Update--------


++++++++++++I got call same day from Indiatimes. Order cancel was initiated by Indiatimes on 18th and it reflected in my credit card on 20th Dec. Product is picked up much later. I have no issue with Indiatimes now.+++++++
