Really disappointed with the quality and service. Review on Shopper's Stop, Bangalore

I first visited Shoppers Stop in Bangalore around five years back, in order to redeem two corporate gift vouchers I received as part of Employee Reward Program. I visited their outlet which is located at BTM Layout and I was quite impressed with the huge collection of Women's clothing and accessories they had in store. Not to say, very soon Shoppers Stop became one of my favorite destination in Bangalore to shop for apparels, accessories, shoes, watches etc. I've also visited their second outlet, which is located next to Forum Mall. However, the collection here is comparatively a lot lesser than the one in BTM Layout.

Recently, after almost a two year gap, I happened to visit their store again with my husband. I was hugely disappointed with what I saw this time. The quality and service have significantly degraded over the last couple of years. In spite of hunting for what seemed to be hours together, I could not find a single outfit that looked elegant and worth for the heavy price tag. Moreover, their staff is really annoying, they don't even let you shop in peace. Every time you will run into someone or the other who will try to coax you into buying something. Mostly, they won't leave your side unless and until you agree to take( or already own) their First Citizen Card. I already have a Shoppers Stop Membership Card but I had to explain this repeatedly several times, in order to get rid of them running behind our back.

I wasted nearly two hours only to finally buy a floral printed stole because nothing else was really worth the price. I don't think I'd go ever back to Shopper's Stop again unless they do something to improve their quality and service.
