I was excited to try Shopify.in after hearing so many good things about it. However, I was disappointed with the platform after using it for a few months.
The biggest problem I had with Shopify.in was the lack of customization options. I wanted to be able to change the look and feel of my store, but I was limited by the pre-made themes. I also found the drag-and-drop editor to be clunky and difficult to use.
Another problem I had with Shopify.in was the high cost of apps. I needed to install several apps to add the functionality I wanted to my store, and the cost of these apps added up quickly.
Finally, I was disappointed with the customer service I received from Shopify.in. I had several questions about the platform, but I was unable to get ahold of a customer service representative. I had to wait on hold for over an hour on several occasions, and I never received a response to my emails.
Overall, I was not happy with my experience with Shopify.in. I would not recommend it to anyone who is looking for a flexible and customizable platform.
Specific Problems:
Lack of customization options
Clunky drag-and-drop editor
High cost of apps
Poor customer service
If you are looking for a flexible and customizable platform, I would recommend using a different platform, such as Wix or WooCommerce. These platforms offer more customization options and are more affordable than Shopify.in.
