Generally I don't rely on eCommerce sites but this site is special. Few months ago, they delivered a Samsung TV to customer that was imported illegally into India and without paying tax. This news was reported on CNBC Awaaz. This site stopped responding to the customer query as well as the channel who were helping them.
If you buy something directly from local shop then you can catch the owner directly but how far you will run against eCommerce site? Your good luck can get you genuine items from site but not always.
